The overall experience was a disaster. What more can I say. I registered a complaint about several issues and was told someone would get back to me. I rented the car on Sat. Sept. 15th. I am still awaiting a callback from Management after speaking with 5 (FIVE) different people about my issues. One would think that would evoke a response. Very unhappy.
Nick the manager is the best and his amazing staff of rock stars at Beverly Hills Enterprise, do an excellent job and take care of me every time!! I have been coming to the BH location for years, I’m greatly appreciated there and always satisfied with the excellent service and quality of cars!!
Enterprise on Robertson is fantastic, Nick took the time to find just the right vehicle I needed, price matched a competitor , and even gave me a gas credit when I returned with with more gas than when I picked it up. The whole staff is always helpful and ready, What more could you ask for? A big thumbs up to you guys!! See you soon!!
I was there early on a Friday morning to pick up a car for a weekend trip. Not sure if I was just lucky that day, but I'd recommend arriving closer to when they open to avoid long wait times. There was only 1 customer ahead of me, so I didn't wait very long until I was helped. They had a great selection of cars and made sure the car was clean before renting it out. The team members I interacted with were all very friendly and helped me get in and out as quickly as possible to make it in for work that same morning. Thanks again, Doran, Nick and Danny!
They finally called back after about 10 days and issued a full refund!!
