Worst court in the city. If you call and they are busy youll just have to hang up and try again later. Theres no waiting on hold. The location is in the most inconvenient spot. If only i can rate this place -5 stars i would.

I too experienced what most have been explaining - NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE BY PHONE! They don't even let you wait on hold you just get hung up on. How can a courthouse be run like this? Not to mention I went there for a fix it ticket and my ticket was never put in the system. I addressed the nonsense ticket I got but they kept my ticket open since someone on the police/courthouse end didn't do their own job (not surprised). I now need to take another half day off work to go back to the courthouse after they sent me home the first time. Who is in charge of this? If this were a private business it'd be out of business in a few months. I really can't believe this is how "prestigious Beverly Hills" is run. Absolute garbage.
The first person I called was the rudest, most abrasive person I've ever spoken with. So, I forgot to ask all of my questions. Ended up calling back and got Tia, who was amazing. This review is specifically for Tia. She's outstanding and deserves a promotion. She's the perfect example of how you treat people.
Worst customer service in the history of mankind, and that is THE understatement of the century. 0 stars.
THE REP LITERALLY HANGS UP. Please Manager/supervisor, retrain your staff. The rep who picked up my phone call was horrible in all aspects. If she doesn't want the job, then hire a more qualified and competent worker.
I guarantee that the manager isn't caring about customer quality because the staff and everyone is lacking a lot of effort to better customer service. If only they could remove everybody and start fresh with better quality.
Called at 1:31pm and waited 8 minutes for a rep to pick up. Keep in mind their phone starts working back at 1:30pm.
