Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ali made me feel very comfortable and at home. Really enjoyed my visit and will continue using him as my PCP.
Dr Ehsan Ali is an AWESOME AMAZING physician by all means. He really care for his patient. As an exmole he phoned me same day I got CT scan to tell me the results and explain clearly his obsetvation and right away send request to my pharmacy for medication. His staff is very friendly, waiting time is not more than 5 minutes, blood test and urine test is done at his office.
Dr. Ehsan Ali is amazing! I’ve been in the medical industry for over 16 years and he has got to be one of the most reliable doctors I’ve ever worked with. I can definitely count on him to help my patients that I refer. Thanks you for being so prompt with all requests I’ve ever made. You’re a life saver!!!!
Overall, I will continue to see Dr. Ali, but I do hope my next visit is treated with more consideration and thoroughness.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ali for over a year and have been overall pleased with my experiences at his office. Though during my last visit, a yearly check-up, I did not have my blood pressure taken, my heartbeat listened to, my reflexes checked, my weight/height taken, or any of the typical procedures. I am not sure if there was confusion with the purpose of my visit, but I was disappointed in the service. This visit also felt a bit rushed as I went through my list of things to go over I heard myself repeating, 'Wait, I have one more question' as the doctor attempted to leave the room.
I highly recommend this office, the customer service here is outstanding! I absolutely love Dr. Ali at the Beverly Hills Concierge, he is such a kind and genuine Doctor that truly cares for your health/well being. Most importantly he is so knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to accommodate and ensure my comfort which I feel is hard to come by. I feel like most Doctor's these days are in such a hurry to get you in and out that they fail to give people the time of day. This is definitely not the case here at the Beverly Hills Concierge.
