Pro-tip: bring copies of all your docs and money orders. If you need to get either done while here there's a business on the 4th floor which can help you out - just head down to the lobby and "check in" to be let up there.
The Security there was not helpful. On the other hand, Carina in Window 4 was beyond professional and helpful. I had 1 day left before my trip and she was amazing in guiding me and finally processed my Visa with a smile and very kind. There are still great people in this world. God bless her. One of the best experiences ever had with visa process. Straightforward. If your documents are in order, it is so easy. I went to Brazil for 9 times and each time the visa process was smooth. I finally applied for my permanent residency last week and it was approved in a day!!! Can't beat that.
